When can I expect my shipment?

We ship via PostNL. The shipping times are 1 to 5 working days within the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands this can be 1 to 30 days on average, depending on your area.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

Did your parcel not arrive within the specified time? Always check your Track&Trace code first for a status update. Due to the weekend or holidays, an order may arrive later than expected. It often happens that a package is delivered to the neighbours or a PostNL drop-off point. If you still can't find a solution, please contact our customer service after 2 working days.

I have not received an email, how is this possible?

You will always receive an email confirming your order. As soon as we ship your order, you will also receive a confirmation email, which will include a PostNL Track&Trace code, which will be sent to the email address you provided. Sometimes these emails end up in your spam folder, so always check this folder.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands is free for you from a purchase amount of 100 euros. Under 100 euros we charge 6.99 Euro for this. Large or small, this amount remains the same. Outside the Netherlands we have a fixed rate that varies by area. Shipping costs are always indicated when you order from us.

Can I return my order?

You can return your package to us within 14 days. If your order is outside this period, please contact our customer service. More information can be found on our Exchanges and returns page.

I am missing some products from my order, how is that possible?

Always check whether you have ordered a number of products in back order or have made a special request. It may be that we send a number of products in advance, in which case the second part will arrive at your home later.

Can I track my package?

Of course. We ship mainly via PostNL and you can follow link track your package. After completing your order, you will immediately receive a Track & Trace code from us with all the information about your shipment. Sometimes it may occur that we use DHL as shipping method.

Can I also transfer my order by Bank Transfer?

If for some reason you cannot order from our webshop, it is possible to request a manual order. Please contact contact us and we will customize your order.
