Shipping within the Netherlands

Shipping within the Netherlands is free for you from a purchase amount of 100 euros. Under 100 euros, we charge 6.99 for this. Large or small, this amount remains the same. We send this in a sturdy packaging to the goods to arrive safely to you. The shipment is provided by Post NL including Track & Trace code.

Track your order.

If you have placed an order with us, you can expect a Track & Trace code within a few days. Then you can follow your order. We ship via PostNL. Because we deliver from our own stock, we can achieve delivery times of 1 to 5 working days. This only applies from Monday to Saturday. If the weekend is exactly in between your order, it can exceptionally take 1 to 2 working days longer.

If (part of) your order consists of a special request, customisation or repeat order, you may receive these in different deliveries. This may also mean that the delivery time for these items differs from the normal delivery time.

From now on Masonic Store delivers worldwide. Shipping outside the Netherlands is subject to a charge. This amount depends on your area. As soon as you order a product from us it is mentioned what it costs to ship it to your area. We send this via Post NL, including Track & Trace code.

Shipping time varies by area. Therefore, always check the Track&Trace for your status. Shipping times outside the Netherlands may vary between 1 and 60 days on average. Unable to order in your area? Please contact us.

Delay

Masonic Store strives to deliver your package within the indicated time, unfortunately, sometimes outside our control by PostNL your package may be delayed. Did your package not arrive within the indicated time? Please check your Track & Trace code first for a status update. Please also check whether any products have been ordered in back order, because of this an order can arrive later than indicated. During the weekend and holidays, an order may arrive later than expected. If you can't find a solution, please contact our customer service after 3 working days.
