Returns
At Vrijmetselaarswinkel, you have the option to return your order within 14 days.
If your order exceeds this period, please contact our customer service department. Antique products, socks, and special custom orders cannot be returned.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product we delivered is broken or was manufactured incorrectly.

Prepare the package
Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible. Ensure that all items are in their original packaging, including plastic packaging, tags, and/or stickers.
If the original packaging is not suitable for return shipping, ensure that the package is protected against drops and impacts. For a box, leave extra space inside and fill it with soft materials. A bubble envelope is also an option. If possible, tape the edges shut for extra security.

Attach label and form
Include the return form in the package. It is important that you indicate your wishes in this document. Therefore, make sure that the entire document is filled in as clearly as possible.
Also make sure that the return address is indicated on the package.

Shipping
Once you have prepared the package for shipment, it must be dropped off. To do so, visit one of thePostNL service pointsin the Netherlands. If it is an international shipment, you can drop it off at a nearby post office.
As soon as the product arrives at our warehouse, we will prepare your order as soon as possible. It can sometimes take up to 14 days for the package to arrive at our warehouse. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department.
