We ship via PostNL. The shipping times are 1 to 5 working days within the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands this can be 1 to 30 days on average, depending on your area.
Did your parcel not arrive within the specified time? Always check your Track&Trace code first for a status update. Due to the weekend or holidays, an order may arrive later than expected. It often happens that a package is delivered to the neighbours or a PostNL drop-off point. If you still can't find a solution, please contact our customer service after 2 working days.
You will always receive an email confirming your order. As soon as we ship your order, you will also receive a confirmation email, which will include a PostNL Track&Trace code, which will be sent to the email address you provided. Sometimes these emails end up in your spam folder, so always check this folder.
Shipping within the Netherlands is free for you from a purchase amount of 100 euros. Under 100 euros we charge 6.99 Euro for this. Large or small, this amount remains the same. Outside the Netherlands we have a fixed rate that varies by area. Shipping costs are always indicated when you order from us.
You can return the package to us within 14 days. If your order is outside this period, please contact our customer service. More information can be found on ourReturnspage.
Always check whether you have ordered a number of products in back order or have made a special request. It may be that we send a number of products in advance, in which case the second part will arrive at your home later.
Of course. We mainly ship via PostNL, and you can use this link . After completing your order, you will immediately receive a Track & Trace code from us with all the information about your shipment. Occasionally, we may use DHL as our shipping method.
