
Shipping within the Netherlands
Shipping within the Netherlands is free for purchases over €100. For purchases under €100, we charge €6.99. Whether your order is large or small, this amount remains the same. We ship your order in sturdy packaging to ensure that it arrives safely. Shipping is provided by Post NL and includes a Track & Trace code.
Track & Trace
If you have placed an order with us, you can expect to receive a Track & Trace code within a few days. You can then track your order. We ship via PostNL. Because we deliver from our own stock, we can achieve shipping times of 1 to 5 business days. This only applies from Monday to Saturday. If your order falls on a weekend, delivery may take 1 to 2 business days longer.
If (part of) your order consists of a special request, customization, or a backorder, you may receive it in several deliveries. This may also mean that the delivery time for these items differs from the normal delivery time.

Shipping outside the Netherlands
Vrijmetselaarswinkel now delivers worldwide. Shipping outside the Netherlands is subject to a fee. This amount depends on your location. When you order a product from us, the cost of shipping to your location will also be indicated. We ship via Post NL, including a Track & Trace code.
Shipping times vary by region. Therefore, always check the Track & Trace for your status. Shipping times outside the Netherlands can vary between 1 and 60 days on average. Are you unable to order in your region? Please contact us.
Delay
Vrijmetselaarswinkel strives to deliver your package within the specified time, but unfortunately, sometimes PostNL can cause delays beyond our control. If your package has not arrived within the specified time, always check your Track & Trace code first for a status update. Also, check carefully whether any products have been backordered, as this may cause an order to arrive later than specified. During weekends and holidays, an order may arrive later than expected. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact our customer service department after 3 business days.
