– Receipt and assessment of high-resolution logos and/or physical samples.
– Personalized coordination of color, shape, material, and finish.
– Digital layout of the custom design, for approval.
– Full payment in advance upon order confirmation.
– Average delivery time of 4 to 8 weeks.
– Custom orders cannot be returned or canceled after approval by the client. In the event of a technical defect or production error, a corrected production may take place in consultation.
