Returning with PostNL

At Masonic Store you have the possibility to return your order within 14 days.
If it is an order outside this time, please contact our customer service. Because of hygiene, socks cannot be returned. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.

1. Prepare the package.

Pack the items safely, if possible in the original package. Make sure all items are in their original packaging including plastic wrap, card and/or stickers.

Should the original packaging not be able to be returned, make sure that the package can withstand falls and bumps. In case of a box, leave extra space in it and fill it with soft materials. An envelope with bubbles in it is also possible. If possible, tape the edges shut for extra security.

2. Stick return label on & attach return form.

Include the return form in the package. It is important that you indicate your wishes in this document. Make sure that the whole document is filled out as clearly as possible.
Also make sure that the return address is indicated on the package.

3. Sending a parcel

When you have made the parcel ready for dispatch, it has to be taken to one of the PostNL service points within the Netherlands. To do this, go to one of the PostNL service points within the Netherlands. If it concerns a foreign shipment, you can drop it off at a post office nearby.

As soon as the product arrives in our warehouse, we will prepare it as soon as possible. It can sometimes take up to 14 days for the package to reach us. If you cannot find your way, or if something is unclear, please contact our customer service.
